3oVice is a group of highly skilled and talented musicians who bring a diverse range of musical backgrounds and experiences to their performances. With members ranging in cultural backgrounds, they are able to incorporate a variety of languages and cultural influences into their music, creating a unique and dynamic sound that is unique and vibrant. Erie Rodriguez
Erie was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He began playing drums professionally in 2013 when he formed 30Vice. In 2017, he relocated to Nashville to expand his music business journey. Erie is the proud son of Cuban percussionist and Latin recording-artist, Elio Rodriguez. Some of his early musical influences include Earth, Wind and Fire, Van Halen, Phil Collins, Journey, Hall & Oates, Eric B & Rakim and A Tribe Called Quest.

Jordan Fernandez
Jordan was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He began his musical career in 2009, competing on several local Hispanic singing television shows. In 2011, he appeared on the hit NBC show "The Voice". In 2016, he was featured on the track “Encuentra Tu Lugar”, from El B’s Latin Grammy Nominated Album, “Luz”. Jordan brings a rich, soulful sound appealing to a variety of audiences in English and Spanish. His musical influences include Ed Sheeran, The Script, and One Republic

Sydni Mulligan
Sydni Mulligan is a singer, dancer, and recording artist originally from Illinois. Raised in a musical household, she relocated to Nashville after enrolling at Belmont University to pursue a degree in Commercial Voice and Music Business. Sydni joined 30Vice after graduating and quickly established herself as one of the band's main vocalists. Through her energetic and powerful stage presence, Sydni performs everything from Pop, R&B, Country, and even Latin. When she's not performing, Sydni teaches students across the Midwest and South choreography, voice, and piano.

Macy Ruggiero
Macy Ruggiero is a professional singer, dancer, actress, and choreographer from Nashville, Tennessee. Coming from an extensive musical theatre background, she has played many notable roles such as Anita in "West Side Story," and has performed for audiences around the world in the Up with People World Tour. She teaches and competes professionally in Latin/Rhythm and Ballroom dance. Her extensive experience serving communities in need, combined with her love for the arts, has influenced her career using the arts as a vessel for activism and healing.

Creigh Riepe
Originally from Virginia, Creigh Riepe relocated to Nashville to pursue a career in music, bringing with him a wide range of musical influences and professional experience to 30Vice. A Belmont University graduate, Creigh first gained national attention as a member of the band Chasin’ Crazy and later as a contestant on The Voice in 2024 as part of Reba McEntire’s team. With powerhouse vocals influenced by artists ranging from Led Zeppelin to Chris Stapleton, he has toured extensively and opened for major acts including Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, and Thomas Rhett. Known for his dynamic stage presence and ability to connect with any audience, Creigh adds both energy and versatility to 30Vice’s high-impact live performances.

Noah Forbes
Although he is a Nashville native, Noah was influenced by a diverse variety of musical influences. He began studying piano at the age of five with renowned
jazz pianist, Jody Nardone and began performing professionally at age twelve when he was the featured performer on a Caribbean Cruise. With experience specifically in Jazz, Classical, and Pop, Noah has performed with Michael Martin Murphey, as well as Hunter Hayes at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. He has recently toured with Julien Baker in the U.S. and Europe. Noah's musical influences include Bill Evans, Elton John, Billy Joel, Steely Dan, and Genesis.

Deniece Alvarado
Deniece Alvarado, is a professional vocalist and Musical Theater Instructor, originally from Puerto Rico, Deniece began her career with the Walt Disney World Company, where she brought the enchanting character of Pocahontas to life within Disney's Animal Kingdom, among other characters of the world of Disney. Deniece also seized the opportunity to become the lead singer for Gloria and Emilio Estefan's house band at Bongos Cafe in Downtown Disney. However, amidst all of her accomplishments, Deniece's proudest and most cherished accomplishments are her beloved daughters, Akemi and Avery, who infuse each day with immeasurable joy and purpose.

Yamil Conga
Yamil Conga- is a native of Puerto Rico and now calls Nashville home.
Yamil began his musical journey at an early age and during his young adult years, he toured extensively with the Centricity Music Band, and Unspoken. When Yamil is not performing with 30Vice, you can find him on tour with BMG Country Artist, Frank Ray. Yamil holds the honor of being one of the few Puerto Rican musicians ever to perform on the legendary Grand Ole Opry stage.
Yamil has built a reputation of excellence through his energetic showmanship, and experience on how to keep the dance floor packed.

Andre Caillet
Andre is a native of Madison, Wisconsin however, he has called Nashville home since 2016. Andre comes from a distinguished musical family and began playing guitar as a teen. Prior to joining 30Vice, he performed with many Nashville artists/bands. Andre's musical influences include Eddie Van Halen, Yngwie Malmsteen, Allan Holdsworth, and Shawn Lane.

Bassist
Allan Ocasio
Originally from Puerto Rico, Allan was raised in Miami and began playing bass at the age of 13. His style developed through the early influences of renowned bassist Otiel Burbridge and Steve Harris. Allan has been privileged to perform with international artists like Nito Mestre from Argentina.
